1.     A plastic bucket with lid (any size but not too little)

2.     A silicon adhesive gun

3.     45 degrees curved one-piece PVC pipe

4.     One piece straight PVC pipe (5 Inch)

5.     A ¾ metal cutting hole saw kit with drill machine

6.     Screwdriver

7.     Flexible pipe 4-5 feet

8.     A piece of thick mesh

9.     A Vacuum Machine

Step One 

First of all, keep the bucket straight. Make a hole with ¾ inch hole saw kit on any side of the top. You have to choose the 45 degrees ¾ inch curved pipe because it will be inserted into the hole that you already made. Now half of the pipe insert there so that orifice of the pipe inside the bucket along with the side of the bucket. If placed in such a way, it will rotate inside the bucket like a cyclone, for this reason, it’s also called cyclone dust collector. Now close all perforation side of the pipe with silicone adhesive perfectly.

Step Two

Again make a hole on the top of bucket lid in the same way and same size. Insert the straight pipe into the newly made hole. Bind the mesh on the inside orifice of pipe (the inner side of the bucket). Following the same way block all perforation with silicon adhesive. If there is an opening, your project will not work properly so be careful of blocking all little holes.

Step Three

You have a flexible pipe, right? OK, one side of the flexible pipe insert in the curved pipe which you installed one side of the bucket. You can clasp the joint with any type of tape that will firmly hold the joint. Now set the vacuum with the top pipe, which installed on the lid. Clasp the opening of vacuum pipe with bucket pipe. Also here, you should be careful of clasping the joint.

Now run your vacuum and test your project. I hope it is working.
